Made in Warmia and Masuria region (Poland)
For more than 30 years, NOVUM has been growing in Szczytno, a town in the Warmia and Masuria region of north-eastern Poland, where we now employ around 400 people. Our teams in Szczytno are responsible for design, manufacturing, quality control, logistics and preparing equipment for installation.
Our manufacturing and logistics centre allows us to create stable jobs and develop specialist expertise within the region. As NOVUM grows, it also creates new opportunities for suppliers, service providers and other businesses.
Best known for its lakes, forests and tourism, Warmia and Masuria is also becoming a centre for modern manufacturing, design and innovation. From this region of Poland, NOVUM delivers playground equipment and public-space solutions to customers around the world.
By locating its manufacturing and development centre in Warmia and Masuria, NOVUM contributes to the region’s growth in several tangible ways:
¨Warmia and Masuria is much more than the place where we operate – it is our home and a community we are proud to be part of. That is why we want to grow together with the region: creating stable jobs, working with local suppliers and demonstrating that modern, responsible manufacturing can thrive right here – in the heart of nature.”

Responsibility at every stage
Our sustainable approach begins with the selection of raw materials and continues throughout the entire lifecycle – from manufacturing and transport to many years of use. We focus on durability, repairability, responsibly sourced materials and recycled components. At the same time, we continuously improve our processes and support initiatives that help protect the natural environment in our region.
Designed to last
NOVUM equipment is designed for long-term use. Replaceable components, professional servicing and spare parts available for at least 10 years make repairs easier and extend the playground’s service life.
Responsible sourcing
We work with trusted suppliers who meet defined quality and environmental standards. Selected collections use FSC®-certified wood from responsibly managed sources.
Local environmental initiatives
#TeamNOVUM supports local environmental initiatives, including tree-planting campaigns and ecological projects carried out in our region.
Efficient transport
We plan deliveries to ensure that our vehicles set off with full loads. This allows us to use transport capacity more efficiently while reducing the number of journeys and fuel consumption.
Recycled components
The steel used in our structures contains 30–40% recycled material, while the HDPE panels and posts in our ECO collections are made from recovered fishing nets, textiles and plastic waste.
Continuous improvement
We regularly modernise our manufacturing facility and improve our processes to reduce energy consumption and material waste. NOVUM’s quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2015.

Quadro Recycling collection
Quadro is one of NOVUM’s most recognisable collections. For many years, it has been chosen for schools, residential developments and public spaces due to its functionality, classic design and durability.
Alongside wooden and metal versions, the collection is also available with HDPE panels and components made from recycled post-consumer and industrial waste. This durable material withstands intensive use while giving recovered resources a new life.
A wide choice of equipment and material options allows Quadro to complement both contemporary and more traditional surroundings. It is a solution for clients seeking proven functionality, long-lasting durability and a more responsible approach to materials.
