HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER AND WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS?

The main form of communication with you is an email and phone, through which you will exchange information regarding the Sales Agreement with us.

The method and date of payment is each time determined by the Parties before concluding the Sales Agreement. The standard methods and terms of payment are presented below, which are available in the absence of other arrangements between the Parties. We provide the following payment methods:
a. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (prepayment).
b. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (based on an invoice with the payment date agreed in advance by the Parties).

Payment deadline:
a. In the case of prepayment, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of the Sale Agreement.
b. In the case of payment on the basis of an invoice with the payment date agreed in advance by the Parties, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within the agreed period.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CONDITIONS?

The method, date and cost of delivery are each time agreed by the Parties before shipment. We comprehensively organize transport to the place indicated by the Client. However, the full cost of transportation is borne by the Customer.

The customer is obliged to collect the finished product within 2 weeks of packing it. After this time, storage costs will begin to accrue.

WHAT KIND OF MODIFICATIONS OF STANDARD PRODUCTS CAN BE MADE?

We meet the expectations of our clients and we know that each project is individual and has a specific area to be used. Often, there are also specific requirements as to the appearance, color or settings of a given set or device. We are ready to support you and we allow modifications within our modules (change of a given module to another, e.g. a rope entry to a climbing wall) or color changes according to individual arrangements. Each project can be discussed.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EPZ , MP AND SN VERSION?

Most of our devices are made in 2 versions EPZ and MP:
In EPZ version supporting posts are made of glue-laminated timber, longitudinally grooved and the construction is mounted on steel galvanized anchors. In MP version supporting posts are made of steel profiles embedded directly in the ground.

In SN version all steel elements are made of stainless steel.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Supporting posts:
- square or round glue-laminated pine timber, longitudinally grooved and the construction is mounted on steel galvanized anchors (Collections: Orbis / Quadro),
- square or round steel profiles embedded directly in the ground (Collections: Orbis / Quadro / A4K / Ferrum),
- round, high-quality stainless steel mounted directly in the ground (Robinio Collection),
- square , double-grooved, vacuum impregnated, coreless pine wood (Triangulo Collection)

In Collections Orbis/Quadro/ A4K / Ferrum platforms are made of anti-slip HPL boards, roofs and panels are made of durable polyethylene boards (HDPE). Slides made of stainless steel with HDPE sides.

In Robinio Collection all wooden elements are made of extremely durable acacia wood - robinia, secured with a colorless protective agent. Slides are made of stainless steel.

In Triangulo Collection security panels and roofs are made of HPL board, slides made of polyester laminate.

In all devices polypropylene ropes with a steel core are used, all fittings are stainless steel, all steel elements are protected with a layer of zinc and powder coated and all wooden elements are vacuum impregnated or secured with wood glaze.
